 If you are a Dealer interested in selling the Co-leash,  Fax or Email Your Name Company name, address, phone, and fax number so that we may respond quickly. In compliance with sales and use tax laws, you will be required to furnish a photocopy your Sales Tax Permit Certificate, before we would ship. A Tax Permit Certificate Request form from us can be furnished to you by fax or e-mail to be included with your photocopy .
